Returns & Exchanges

At VIBAe, we want your feet to feel the ultimate comfort, but if your purchase isn't quite right, you can return or exchange your items within 30 days of delivery. All returned products must be in their original, unworn condition with all packaging intact.

Return Process

• 1.
  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Place the unworn footwear back in its original VIBAe box and secure it inside a shipping mailer to ensure it arrives safely.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and fix it clearly to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; we will process your refund or exchange once the inspection is complete.
